9th Annual Islamic Arts Festival

The largest and oldest Festival of Islamic Arts is back again!
The 9th annual Islamic Arts Festival will be held on the 10th and 11th of December 2022. The festival will feature art from renowned artists from all across the USA and is the largest and oldest festival of Islamic arts in the USA.
During the two-day festival, visitors will have the opportunity to see the work of artists who will be available in person. They will be able to browse through our festival hall while observing Covid-19 precautions, take part in interactive art sessions, learn about Islamic art and culture, as well as enjoy ethnic cuisine from food trucks. In addition, there will be live demonstrations on calligraphy, henna tattoo, Ebru, painting, Arabesque pattern coloring and lots of children’s art activities. There will also be an online session where visitors will be able to buy magnificent artwork from the comfort of their homes.

Islamic Arts Society aims to share the rich heritage of Islamic Arts

A panel discussion on the role of art and architecture in promoting interfaith dialogue, cross-cultural understanding and peace.

The 8th annual Islamic Arts Festival in Houston drew more than 6000 visitors over two days.The event was held on the 11th and 12th of December, 2021 at Masjid Al Salaam, in Houston TX and was attended by people of all ages and from all walks of life.

The Islamic Arts Society announced the winners of the 2nd “Art for The Love of Prophet Muhammed” (PBUH) contest on the 1st of January 2022. A first of its kind, the competition generated world wide attention and we received many entries from 5 continents and 22 countries. 

The 7th annual Islamic Arts Festival took place on the 5th and 6th of December, 2020. The art show was held entirely online this year due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
