Artwork Description

An Nabawi is a mosque built by Rasulullah SAW, a monumental architecture in the Islamic world. I was fortunate to have witnessed it a few years ago, the beautiful green dome is the ultimate representation of this beautiful mosque in Medina. I have incorporated a contemporary style in its execution and have applied a harmonious blend of colors on the canvas.
My color style in my Islamic artworks resonate my sensibility towards the harmony and beauty of the Islamic state and belief in every way. There is gold leaf accents added to my piece for significance and texture and to show reverence. This structure is one of three prime structures representing Islam and Rasulullah SAW, with Masjid Al Haram (Makkah) and Masjid Al Aqsa (Jerusalem).
