Art Description

Samurah ibn Jundab (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) said: “The most beloved speech to Allah is four, and you may start with any of them: Glorified is Allah and High above any imperfection, All praise be to Allah, there is no god but Allah, Allah is the Greatest.

This Hadīth is a proof of the virtue of these four statements, and that they are from the most beloved human speech to Allah, the Almighty,, because they contain profound meanings of Allah’s magnificence, which are: the exaltation of Allah, the Almighty, above any imperfection, describing Allah with all the attributes of perfection due to Him, and singling Allah out exclusively with oneness and greatness. Also, it is not necessary for one to say them in the same order in the Hadīth to receive the reward. One may say them in any order.
